Nuweigh Heavy Duty Platform Scales Made to Order

Nuweigh recently supplied 3 of their very heavy duty industrial galvanised platform scales to a leading manufacturer in NSW. The Nuweigh IH 1949 1500 x 1500 mm platform scales can take up to 3 tonnes. This custom solution also uses IH Protection Frames and the JAC 318FE indicator.

The IH1949 series of floor scales has been in our range since 2001 and has earned a reputation as an extremely reliable, high quality industrial platform scale. It has been approved for legal trade use by the National Measurement Institute of Australia (Australian Government).

Our standard size for this scale is 1200 x 1200mm, however we can produce this scale to all platform sizes. The scale is ideal for very rugged industrial applications with a cheka plate platform and galvanised as standard. Sealed load cells are located in each corner of the heavy duty base.

The JAC 318FE Indicator is mounted on a stand to the height required. It is super-sized for convenience with remote controllability, dual serial ports, NEMA 4X/IP66, flexible print formats, powers 8 load cells, numeric keypad, auto shutoff, and selectable key lockout all in a stainless steel enclosure with 57mm high LED digits and large key sizes.
